Sadie’s Cream Large Collar Coat
We received the most requests for Sadie’s coat compared to any other item on SoapStyle during November & December 2013.
This cream, or ‘natural’ coloured wool coat featured gold zip pockets and fastenings. The character Sadie tended to wear hers without the belt, like the model above. It was from MANGO and was worn by a few celebrities at the time, including Michelle Keegan.
Sadie’s Black Zip Up Peplum Dress
We actually featured this Ted Baker dress before its on screen appearance; none other than Lorna Fitzgerald (Abi Branning) wore the same one to the 2013 TV Choice Awards.
Sadie’s Sparkly Necklace (worn by Lauren Branning)
Sadie’s necklace looks uncannily similar to the above design that hit the headlines in December 2013. None other than Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge (Kate Middleton) was seen wearing it for the “Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom” film premiere. The reason it grabbed everyone’s attention? Apart from the abundance of sparkly action, this necklace was from ZARA! Of course you can already guess that it sold out almost immediately once the necklace ID was published.
Sadie’s Green Blazer Jacket
Sadie Young loved her block colours and often added vibrancy to her outfits with a bright blazer. We found a match for her green blazer at ZARA.
Sadie’s Yellow Blazer Jacket
Sadie (Kate Magowan) appeared in the character’s first official PR shots wearing this distinctive bright yellow blazer in August 2013. A classic design with its wing collar and brown buttons, this was from ZARA earlier in 2013 and was featured within numerous fashion blogs.
