Emmerdale
We increased our Emmerdale coverage this month by popular demand.
As Leyla Harding bailed on her and Pete’s wedding, we willed for the Bride not to rip her lovely wedding dress, but unfortunately it couldn’t withstand her attempted escape through a window!
Leyla also wore a bright and cheerful floral jacket and orange floral print trousers. She also re-wore her popular turquoise floral blazer.
Priya Sharma tried to ease Leyla’s pre-wedding jitters whilst wearing a navy blue polka dot playsuit — not a dress as many thought. She then pretended to be the perfect Bridesmaid in a pale blue lace dress.
Brave Rhona Goskirk wore a gorgeous botanical print dress that prompted lots of enquiries.
Tracy Metcalfe once again wore her colourful floral bardot dress.
Chrissie White wore an eye-catching yellow jacket.
Rebecca White wore some viewer favourites. She paired her bird blouse with a popular boho jacket. Rebecca’s yellow frill blouse popped up again.
Rebecca also wore a red kimono cardigan.
Updates: We still don’t have an ID for Kerry’s raincoat, or Rhona’s embroidered shoulder top.
Coronation Street
We found lots of new dresses in Coronation Street this month.
Tracy Barlow chose a smart monochrome geo print dress for Mary and Norris’ wedding. She also re-wore her popular cat print top.
Sarah-Louise Platt had the most popular wardrobe in Corrie this month starting with a comfy grey frill detail dress followed by a floaty pink floral dress.
Newcomer Nicola Rubinstein wore a gorgeous stripe blouse.
Rosie Webster chose a bold pink stripe ruffle dress for her interview with Todd and Adam.
Eva Price offloaded a huge folder full of her wedding plans onto Maria whilst wearing her elephant print dress. She also wore a pansy print dress, which is a very old favourite.
Maria Connor scoffed at said wedding plans in a sleeveless teal top and she chose her star print playsuit for her first date with creepy Will.
Toyah Battersby had a girls’ night in with her sisters whilst wearing a unique floral stripe shirt dress.
Alya Nazir met up with Rana wearing her navy pyjama style blazer and later attempted to seduce Luke Britton by feigning helplessness in a black floral maxi dress.
Rana Habeeb enjoyed a laugh about Kate’s Maid of Honour outfit wearing her palm print shirt.
There was another outing for Kate Connor’s layered dress, but she also wore a new cold shoulder top.
We waved goodbye to Erica Holroyd with a celebration of her printed blouses.
Bethany Platt preview: During an upcoming week, Bethany will wear a new top that we found available before its on screen debut.
Updates: We don’t yet have an ID for Sarah-Louise’s cold shoulder top, Sally’s floral dress or Rosie’s pink ‘legal professional’ outfit. We’re working on them!
Update 2: We now have details on Rosie’s rose gold blazer.
We were also asked about Eva’s leather jacket with gold chain detail. The character wears it often and is an older wardrobe favourite — more than a year old. Unfortunately we don’t have an ID.
EastEnders
A few EastEnders fashion finds before everyone starts wearing florals for the “Walford in Bloom” disaster.
Whitney Dean made her comeback with a style update! Firstly she announced her engagement to ‘Woody’ wearing a lovely new necklace dress (available at time of writing!) and a similar coloured floaty flare sleeve top.
Whitney also wore her diamond print top
Lauren Branning wore a smart white pocket blouse (also available at time of writing) and her culotte jumpsuit plus pinafore dress.
Linda Carter took on Fi Browning in a pretty floral cardigan and a new flamingo print shirt. Her returning wardrobe wasn’t all new though, as she re-wore her favourite tropical print top.
Kim Fox-Hubbard almost made it on her much-hyped holiday wearing a gold tiger tee.
There was another appearance for Sharon Mitchell’s wrapover navy stripe blouse.
Abi Branning re-wore her check floral print shirt.
Updates: We don’t yet have IDs for Linda’s Flamingo necklace, Stacey’s recent outfits or Abi’s dress.
Hollyoaks
Maxine Minniver wore a bright orange playsuit.
That’s it for this round-up! There will be more to come, so keep an eye on our Latest section or Like our Facebook to see more fashion from Soapland over the coming week.
